Successful conception journey
38 people found this helpful
My mornings now always begin with folic acid. Following my doctor's guidance, we took it for three months while trying to conceive. My husband was excited to join me in this morning ritual. After three months, we stopped preventive measures but continued the folic acid. After several unsuccessful attempts, we went on holiday, and I became pregnant! I'm now in my third month and feeling great. I advise anyone trying to conceive to consider taking folic acid, particularly this one, as it has been beneficial on my journey. Wishing everyone patience and success!

Poor quality product
8 people found this helpful
Dissatisfied with a poor-quality product, I found no benefit from it. It contains methyl tetrahydrofolic acid, which is the form that our bodies require. Unfortunately, this supplement seemed ineffective. Even with a healthy diet and natural folic acid, it didn't help, particularly for women, especially those who are pregnant. I recommend ensuring you take methyl tetrahydrofolate or methyl folic, as labelled. Overall, I believe the ingredients are of low quality. I intend to discard this and avoid making the same mistake.

Reduced period pain
5 people found this helpful
I may be overly optimistic, but my periods have been nearly painless since taking vitamins, solely folic acid and potassium now. Folic acid, the so-called "female vitamin," has helped me tremendously. For those experiencing discomfort during this time, please consider taking this supplement; the dosage is optimal and affordable.
